Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for defective products, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
- Perishable and ready-to-eat products (e.g., laddoo, Puran Poli) are non-returnable, except in visible damage upon delivery.
- Customers must ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
2. Open-Box Delivery Requirement:
- We follow an open-box delivery policy to ensure transparency. Customers are required to inspect their package in the presence of the delivery agent.
- Any issues must be documented and reported immediately, along with an unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the product, packaging, and the problem.
3. Return Timeframe:
- Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order. Beyond this timeframe, return requests will not be entertained.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or consumed products.
- Items without proof of defect or an unboxing video.
- Damage reported after delivery completion without proper documentation.
5. How to Request a Return:
- Customers can email support@example.com with the order ID, details of the issue, and the unboxing video.
- Verified return requests will be processed within 2–3 business days, with refunds or replacements issued within 5–7 business days.
